Urgent Need / Exciting Opportunity!
Adonai has opened a door for us to have our own facility!

Our New Facility?
Imagine walking into a facility wholly committed to the G-D of Isra'el. As you walk into the facility, you are be
greeted with a picture of the Wall in Jerusalem, with vibrant gold candle sticks resting on a tallit. As you turn into the Oneg room, a bronze Menorah shines in the corner & pictures adorn the walls.
As you walk towards the Sanctuary, classrooms open on your left and the joyful sound of children reciting prayers to ADONAI reaches your ears. Colorful scenes from Scripture encourage their imagination,
so they see themselves walking with Yeshua!
A little further on, the peaceful scene of the nursery is seen, with small bundles of joy testifying to the goodness of G-D, resting safely.
Moving to the Sanctuary, you are greeted with silk flags hanging down, proclaiming Shalom. Long banners drape on both sides of the speaking platform with the 10 WORDS (Commandments) listed. In the center, the
Aron Kodesh, the Ark where the Torah resides. To the left stands the Prayer Wall, where slips of paper testify to the Congregation's devotion and belief in prayer.
All these elements work together to engender a sense of peace, where the presence of the Ruach Kodesh (Breath of G-D) can be felt. The impression that overwhelms you is - this is the House of ADONAI!
Adonai has used the sale of our current meeting location to provide a great opportunity for the Congregation. The picture you see above could be our new
Congregational home. This move will allow us to grow in the community while developing our own identity.
The Plan

Why do we want to rent our own facility?
We have been praying about relocating for over a year. Our prayer was for G-d to provide us a place of His choosing where we could grow, both in number, commitment, and community. We prayed He would open
the doors He chose, and close the ones He did not. I believe strongly He is answering those prayers.
In looking for a new location we have contacted many Churches in the area. Of the Churches we have contacted, the only positive response we have gotten
are from locations over 12 miles away, or for a temporary timeframe.
We have checked many properties in the area, several will not allow Churches or Synagogues to locate there, and others are reluctant. Of the properties
willing, the lowest cost ones were almost 50% higher than the location we are recommending.
It seems that: while
G-d has closed the door to another Church home, He has opened the door to an affordable location which we can transform into the type of teaching and worship center that will honor G-d.
We will have many upfront build-out costs estimated at approximately $18,000. We have identified several ideas for raising funds, with approximately $20,000 having been
identified.
What does having our own facility buy us? Here is a short list of benefits:
-
Ability to layout our Synagogue in
such a way as to Glorify ADONAI!
-
Ability to add a Saturday Torah Service - this means a new way to grow the Congregation with little or no added expense
-
Much better visibility \ impact \ outreach to the community
-
Ability to orient the service so we face Jerusalem
-
More sense of community in the Congregation
-
Ability to have our facilities as we want them
-
Room for pre-teen / teen room
-
Advertising - the property is seen by 26000 cars a day, this will allow many more walk-in visitors.
-
Permanent Signs - we would have signs on both Hwy 78, Rose Bud & on the building
-
Ability to have High Holy Day Services on the correct day.
-
Ability to grow the Congregation.
-
Ability to hold special conferences on topics such as Prophecy.
Conclusion: I believe this is the answer to our prayers. It will require commitment and sacrifice. Worshipping & belonging to G-d always involves commitment & sacrifice. This is a defining moment for the
Congregation; I believe we should step through the door G-d has opened for us.
Ways you can help
-
We will be asking for contributions and pledges beyond your normal tithe to raise the $14,000 needed for the build-out.
We need another $2258.00 pledged to make our goal!
-
Help with the build-out including: building walls, electrical (requires a license), clean-up, decorating, making and hanging window coverings, etc.
-
Help moving to the new location
-
Commitment to this work of G-d and His Congregation
-
Prayer - only He can make this happen
-
Patience & Love - during the move and build-out. Rooms may not be ready, all the comforts may not be in place. It will take time to work out
any issues that arise, and to complete the building.
Fund Raising Ideas
In the days of the Temple, all gave to support the Temple as "the House of G-d". These special offerings were made above the offering made to support
the ongoing work of the Ministry. During special times of rebuilding or expanding, this Thanksgiving offering was made by all the people.
We will be asking for "Thanksgiving" donations and pledges of donations from the Ministry & Congregation to make this Vision a reality.
We have several opportunities to donate, including:
-
Sponsor a chair - This is a $50 donation to go towards purchasing chairs. The person making the donation will be able to place a plaque on the chair in honor of someone, or with a scripture verse. There will be 100-120 of these available.
-
Sponsor a room - This donation is for an entire room, it can be shared 2 two people - recommended donation $500 A plaque will be placed in the room
to honor a loved one, or with a scripture verse. There will be 6 of these available (Nursery, Class Room 1&2, Bookstore, Office & Teen Room.
-
Sponsor the Sanctuary - This donation is for the main sanctuary, it can be shared by 2 people - recommended donation $1000 The person or persons
making the donation will be able to place a plaque in the sanctuary in honor of someone, or with a scripture verse. There will only be 1 of these available.
-
General Donations - These are for unspecified amounts and will beused to many miscellaneous expenditures for the building.
-
Labor - The build-out of walls, platform, & decorating will be mostly by the Congregation.
-
Item donations - Certain items, such as TV's, cabinets, CD players, carts, etc. can be donated. Please see Dee Dee about a specific items before
delivering, as we have limited space.
